HANDLING & CARE:
Please note there may be small imperfections since each pom is trimmed by hand! We spend a lot of time trimming them into perfect little circles, but sometimes they can get a little squished or some threads can wind up out of place. Easy fix! Just gently fluff them up with your hands, and give your poms haircuts when necessary!
PICK-UP ORDERS:
If you choose “Local Pick-Up” as your form of delivery, please make sure your email or phone number is in your contact info, and I will reach out to make arrangements for pick up! Pick-ups will be located Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
SHIPPING:
Orders ship in 5-10 business days. Each item is custom and made to order, so please give us some time to prepare your poms! Each purchase is non-refundable, but you can exchange items at our discretion.
